The trainings are provided by partner universities, and cover the following topics:

  • Information about the univerties’ regulations and laws and facilities and administrative procedures:

In this training the staff will get knowledge of the specific university structure and regulations. The aim is to provide a first overview of the university itself but more important to give advices for existing and running services related to the needs of students at university.

  • Information about courses at university:

In this training the staff will get knowledge of the specific courses and programs offered by the university or other universities and organizations in the country, including requirements for admission.

  • Cultural aspects:

In this training the staff will get knowledge of the specific cultural aspects of the country, the region, local specialities, including university-specific ones.

  • Life at university:

In the training, the staff will get the information about facilities and services provided by the university to students, includes the availability and location of student Center dormitories as well as transportation possibilities to reach the campus site.

  • Role of ministries and regional legislation:

In this training, the staff will be get knowledge about higher education specific legislation in respective countries. The aim is to provide a general help in finding regulations and get a basic knowledge of needed papers.
